Before running production, verify that the camera view, robot program, gripper, part supply, and safety interlocks match the validated setup.

Production Checklist

Daily checks:

• Confirm the correct trained model and recipe are selected.
• Inspect the camera window and picking area for contamination or unexpected obstacles.
• Run a controlled first cycle after part, bin, pallet, tray, gripper, or fixture changes.

Monitoring

Track detection confidence, successful pick rate, failed pick causes, and cycle time to identify when retraining or mechanical adjustment is needed.
